Sweeteners (with different names) and alcohol are everywhere, even in your mouthwash products:
Of course, we don't drink it, I'm just wondering what effect it has on dental health.

Bone Broth Recipe
Bone broth is very rich in nutrients (collagen and minerals). All traditional societies, where dairy products were not consumed, prepared bone broth:

Fat Loss Instead of Weight Loss
