Bone Broth Recipe

Bone broth is very rich in nutrients (collagen and minerals). All traditional societies, where dairy products were not consumed, prepared bone broth:

  • Japan: miso soup (prepared from fish bones)
  • Korea: beef bones
  • North America: caribou
