Bone Broth Variation

Bone broth coking right now in the slow cooker. Here are the ingredients:

  • Pork bones (with marrow)
  • Oxtail
  • Onion (with the skin, very rich in quercetin)
  • Carrots
  • Tomato 
  • Spring onion
  • Garlic
  • Red bell pepper
  • Chili
  • Cilantro
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Simmer for 10-12 hours. 
Separate the solids from the broth.
You can use the broth instead of water when cooking.
You can keep it up to 5 days in the fridge.
