As this video explains, our modern healthy diet became:
- low in fat
- saturated fats (animal fat) replaced with polyunsaturates (vegetable oils)
Unfortunately, chronic diseases (heart disease, cancer, etc.) reached epidemic levels, implying that current healthy dietary advice might not be as healthy as they appear to be.
