1. Boil these ingredients in a slow cooker:
- chicken thighs
- ginger
- galangal
- onion
- garlic
- chili
- lime leaf
- lemongrass
- salt and pepper
2. When done, add these ingredients and boil until soft:
- broccoli
- tomatoes
- eggplant
3. At the end, add these:
- spring onion
- basil
- coriander leaves (cilantro)
- coconut milk
