Ingredients:
- Chicken wings
- Lemon juice
- Chili powder (just a little)
- Coriander leaves or parsley
- Salt, pepper
- Pork fat, olive oil or butter for frying
Marinate the chicken wings in all ingredients above, put in the fridge for a few hours. You can prepare this in the morning and fry the wings in the evening. Sprinkle coriander or parsley on top when serving.
