Chicken Wings

One of our favourite dish: Marinated Chicken Wings.

Ingredients:
  • Chicken wings
  • Lemon juice
  • Chili powder (just a little)
  • Coriander leaves or parsley
  • Salt, pepper
  • Pork fat, olive oil or butter for frying
Marinate the chicken wings in all ingredients above, put in the fridge for a few hours. You can prepare this in the morning and fry the wings in the evening. Sprinkle coriander or parsley on top when serving.


We like to eat chicken wings with a salad.

Ingredients:
  • Cucumber
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • Red bell pepper
  • Spring onion
  • Tuna
  • Beans or garbanzo beans (for my kids, I usually do not put these in my salad)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
