I always look for ways to include more than lean meat in my diet: organ meat, bones etc.
Today's simple recipe:
1. Fish with egg yolk: tiny silver fish (whole: with bones and eyeballs) and 2 egg yolks stir-fried in butter (add salt and pepper).
2. Eat with avocado.
The fish is really delicious, much more satisfying when eyeballs and bones are included.
Enjoy!

Nutritional Science - or the lack of it

"Ancel Keys deserves the lion's share of credit for convincing us that cholesterol levels predict heart disease and that dietary fat is a killer."
