- Pork bones (with marrow)
- Oxtail
- Onion (with the skin, very rich in quercetin)
- Carrots
- Tomato
- Spring onion
- Garlic
- Red bell pepper
- Chili
- Cilantro
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
Simmer for 10-12 hours.
Separate the solids from the broth.
You can use the broth instead of water when cooking.
